Terms for the marketing site at axismeridi.com. Product terms live inside MyMeridi for each product you sign in to.

The short version.

  • This page covers the marketing site only. Each product has its own agreement you accept when you sign in.
  • The platform is in research preview — surfaces change, and nothing here is a binding commitment on features, timing, or price.
  • Use the site in good faith: no scraping, no probing, no spam.
  • The site is provided as-is, and our liability is limited as set out below.

What you’re agreeing to.

By using axismeridi.com you agree to these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the site. These terms cover only this marketing site — the platform’s products (MyMeridi, AxisCommand, AxisVantage, AxisShop, AxisChat, AxisIntelligence, OrangePeel, BlackGrid) have separate end-user agreements you’ll see when you sign in. You must be at least 16 to use this site.

Research preview.

The platform is in research preview. Specifically:

  • Product surfaces may change without notice.
  • Some features are documented before they ship.
  • The site is informational. It is not a commitment to a specific timeline, feature, or price.
  • We aren’t taking general signups yet. Early-access invitations open as we work directly with the first cohort.

Acceptable use.

Don’t:

  • Scrape, mirror, or systematically download the site.
  • Probe for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure. Email security@axismeridi.com if you find one and we’ll work with you in good faith.
  • Use the contact form for spam or to register addresses you don’t control.
  • Interfere with the site’s operation, bypass access controls, or place an unreasonable load on it.
  • Misrepresent yourself, the platform, or the firm to third parties.

Intellectual property.

Axis Meridi, MyMeridi, AxisCommand, AxisVantage, AxisShop, AxisChat, AxisIntelligence, OrangePeel, BlackGrid, and Veydros are trademarks of The Veydros Group. The website’s text, code, and design are the property of Axis Meridi Technologies — a Veydros Group company — except where third-party licenses apply. You may link to the site and quote it with attribution; you may not copy it wholesale or pass it off as your own.

Third-party links and services.

The site links to product subdomains and to third parties (for example The Veydros Group, and analytics providers if you accept them). We don’t control third-party sites or services and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Their terms and privacy policies are their own.

Disclaimers.

The site is provided “as-is” and “as-available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information here is accurate to our knowledge at the time of writing but may go out of date. Pricing, capabilities, and timelines for products in research preview are subject to change. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, or operational advice.

Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axis Meridi Technologies and The Veydros Group are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us to access this site (typically nothing) or CAD $100.

Indemnity.

You agree to cover reasonable costs we incur from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms — for example, scraping, probing, or spamming in violation of the acceptable-use section above.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith communication will be brought in the courts of Ontario.

General.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a term isn’t a waiver of it. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the entire agreement for your use of this marketing site.

Changes.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
