Privacy

What we collect,
why, and how to remove it.

This policy covers axismeridi.com — the marketing site. Each product inside the platform has its own privacy surface inside MyMeridi.

What this page covers.

This policy applies to axismeridi.com — the only surface that collects data from anonymous visitors. Once you sign in to a product (MyMeridi, AxisCommand, AxisVantage), the in-product privacy controls inside MyMeridi take precedence.

Data we collect on this site.

Two categories, full stop:

  • Form submissions — name, email, optional company and phone, and the message you send through the contact form. Stored on our hosting provider in a file outside the public web root.
  • HTTP access logs maintained by the hosting provider — IP, user agent, request path, timestamps. Standard server telemetry. Retained per the host’s policy.

We do not run any analytics, advertising, or fingerprinting scripts on this site. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no third-party tag manager, no session-replay tool. No tracking cookies. The only fonts loaded are the ones already on your operating system.

How we use form submissions.

Three uses, period:

  • Replying to your message from info@axismeridi.com.
  • Notifying you when an early-access slot opens for the relevant product.
  • Internal triage — identifying which kinds of operators are interested so we can prioritise build order.

We do not share contact data with third parties. We do not sell it. We do not use it to fine-tune external models.

Subprocessors we depend on.

An honest list of the services that touch your data either through this site or through the platform:

  • Hostinger — web hosting and SMTP send for contact-form replies.
  • Stripe — billing for paid products. Touches the platform, not this marketing site.
  • Anthropic — the Claude API powers lead intelligence inside AxisVantage. Touches AxisVantage tenant data, not this marketing site.

We add or remove subprocessors as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

Cross-product data inside the platform.

When you use more than one product, identity flows through MyMeridi. Tenant data stays isolated by default, integration tokens are encrypted at rest, and cross-product calls are signed end-to-end. The technical detail lives on the security page.

How to remove your data.

Email exec@axismeridi.com from the address you used and ask for deletion. We will remove the record and confirm. Same for any in-product data — request via that address and we’ll route it to the product owner.

Children.

The site and platform are not directed at people under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, write to the address above and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy.

We may update this page. Material changes will be marked with a new effective date. Substantive changes affecting customers will also be communicated via email.

Effective date.
