Privacy

What we collect,
why, and how to remove it.

This policy covers axismeridi.com — the marketing site. Each product inside the platform has its own privacy surface inside MyMeridi.

The short version.

  • We measure how the site is used with our own cookieless, anonymous analytics — on by default, no cookie, no raw IP stored.
  • If you accept in the cookie banner, we also load Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which set cookies. Decline and they never load.
  • The contact form stores what you type so we can reply. We don’t sell data, run ad pixels, or share it beyond the named providers below.
  • Email exec@axismeridi.com any time to see or delete your data.

What this page covers.

This policy applies to axismeridi.com — the marketing site. Once you sign in to a product (MyMeridi, AxisCommand, AxisVantage), the in-product privacy controls inside MyMeridi take precedence.

Data we collect on this site.

1. Form submissions. Name, email, optional company and phone, and the message you send through the contact form. Stored on our hosting provider in a file outside the public web root.

2. Site analytics — first-party and cookieless. On every page we record an anonymous pageview: the path you viewed, the referring site, your screen width, and a timestamp. To count returning visitors within a day we store a one-way hash of your IP, user agent, and the date — the raw IP is never written to disk, and the hash is salted with the date so it cannot follow you across days or be reversed. No cookie is set, and this data lives only on our own server. Because it sets nothing on your device and stores no identifier, it runs without a consent prompt.

3. Optional third-party analytics — only if you accept. If you accept analytics cookies in the banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (aggregate traffic and behaviour) and Microsoft Clarity (aggregate heatmaps and session trends to find usability problems). These set their own cookies and send data to Google and Microsoft. If you decline, they are never loaded. We do not run advertising or ad-retargeting pixels of any kind.

4. Server access logs. Standard web-server telemetry kept by our hosting provider — IP, user agent, request path, timestamps — retained per the host’s policy. The only fonts loaded are the ones already on your operating system.

Cookies and your choice.

We keep cookies to a minimum and gate the optional ones behind your consent:

  • am_consent — remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies, so we don’t ask again. Strictly necessary; set regardless of your choice.
  • Google Analytics / Microsoft Clarity cookies (e.g. _ga, _clck) — set only after you accept. They expire on their providers’ schedules.
  • am_an — an internal cookie that authenticates our own staff to the analytics dashboard. Never set for ordinary visitors.

To change your mind, clear cookies for this site in your browser and reload — the banner returns. You can also block cookies entirely; the site works fine without them, and our first-party analytics keeps running cookielessly either way.

How we use this data.

  • Replying to your message from info@axismeridi.com.
  • Notifying you when an early-access slot opens for the relevant product.
  • Understanding which pages and sources work so we can improve the site and prioritise build order.

We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it to fine-tune external models.

Who touches your data.

An honest list of the services involved, through this site or the platform:

  • Hostinger — web hosting and SMTP send for contact-form replies.
  • Google (Analytics 4) and Microsoft (Clarity) — analytics, only if you accept the cookie banner.
  • Stripe — billing for paid products. Touches the platform, not this marketing site.
  • Anthropic — the Claude API powers lead intelligence inside AxisVantage. Touches AxisVantage tenant data, not this marketing site.

We add or remove providers as the platform evolves; material changes are reflected here.

Where your data goes.

We operate from Canada. Contact submissions and first-party analytics stay on our hosting in our region. If you accept third-party analytics, Google and Microsoft may process that data on servers in the United States and elsewhere under their own safeguards. Declining keeps your visit entirely first-party.

How long we keep it.

  • Contact submissions — until they’re no longer needed for the conversation, or until you ask us to delete them.
  • First-party analytics — retained in rolling monthly files; we keep roughly the trailing 12 months and prune older data.
  • Third-party analytics — per Google’s and Microsoft’s retention settings.

Your rights, and how to remove your data.

Depending on where you live (including under Canada’s PIPEDA and the EU/UK GDPR), you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw analytics consent at any time. Email exec@axismeridi.com from the address you used and we’ll action it and confirm. To withdraw analytics consent, also clear this site’s cookies and choose “Decline” when the banner returns.

Legal basis.

We rely on legitimate interest for replying to your messages and for anonymous, cookieless analytics, and on your consent for the optional Google and Microsoft analytics cookies.

Children.

The site and platform are not directed at people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe we have, write to the address above and we’ll delete it.

Cross-product data inside the platform.

When you use more than one product, identity flows through MyMeridi. Tenant data stays isolated by default, integration tokens are encrypted at rest, and cross-product calls are signed end-to-end. The technical detail lives on the security page.

Changes to this policy.

We may update this page. Material changes will be marked with a new effective date and, where they affect customers, communicated by email.
