Suite · Identity layer

MyMeridi.

Identity, billing, and provisioning across the Axis Meridi Suite. Sign in once; every product you’re entitled to is provisioned in the background.

Operational

What it does

One door. Every product behind it.

MyMeridi is the front door of the Suite. One account, one password (or none — passkeys are first-class), one billing surface, one admin console. Sign in once; the products you’re entitled to provision in the background while the payment clears.

No second login screen. No context-switching. No support ticket to add a teammate.

  • 01

Passkeys, device-trust MFA, or one-time codes

Pick the friction level that matches the surface. Passkeys are first-class; you can disable passwords entirely if you want.

  • 02

    Provision-on-purchase

Buy a plan in Stripe; every entitled product is fully provisioned the moment the payment clears. No manual setup, no follow-up email.

  • 03

    Branded billing surface

Post-purchase invoices and onboarding emails carry your customer’s brand, not ours. Receipts look like receipts.

  • 04

    One admin console

Every org, every member, every license, every entitlement — managed from one place. No jumping between products to fix a typo.

Where it sits

The platform’s front door.

If you’re using more than one Suite product, you’re using MyMeridi without thinking about it — and that’s the point. AxisCommand and AxisVantage open from inside it today. AxisShop, AxisChat, and AxisIntelligence will too — same sign-in, same billing, same admin.

Get started

One sign-in.
Everything in motion.

MyMeridi is included with every Suite engagement. Most teams onboard inside a single afternoon.

Questions

One door, answered.

What is MyMeridi?

MyMeridi is the identity, billing, and provisioning backbone of the Axis Meridi Suite. One account signs a team into every product it is entitled to, one billing surface covers them all, and one admin console manages every org, member, license, and entitlement. It is the front door the rest of the Suite opens from.

Is MyMeridi production-ready?

Yes. MyMeridi is live and multi-tenant today, running in production for every Suite customer. AxisCommand and AxisVantage already open from inside it; AxisShop, AxisChat, and AxisIntelligence attach to the same sign-in as they ship. A public status board reports its live version and uptime.

Does MyMeridi replace Okta, Auth0, or a separate billing tool?

For teams standardizing on the Axis Meridi Suite, yes — MyMeridi is the single sign-in, entitlement, and billing layer, so there is no separate identity provider or subscription tool to wire in. It is built for the Suite rather than as a general-purpose IdP for unrelated third-party apps.

What does MyMeridi cost?

MyMeridi is included with every Axis Meridi Suite engagement rather than sold as a standalone line item — you do not pay separately for the identity and billing layer. Suite pricing is scoped per team on a short advisor call; there is no self-serve credit-card wall to clear first.

How do passkeys and sign-in security work?

Passkeys are first-class — you can disable passwords entirely if you want. Device-trust MFA and one-time codes are available where a lighter or heavier friction level fits the surface. You choose the posture per deployment rather than accepting one fixed policy.

How do I migrate or onboard to MyMeridi?

Most teams onboard inside a single afternoon. Because provisioning is automatic — buy a plan and every entitled product provisions the moment payment clears — there is no manual per-product setup. An advisor helps with the first org, member import, and branded billing configuration.
